Dann in leicht gekleppertem Ei wenden. \\u00dcbersch\\u00fcssiges Ei abtropfen lassen. Dann in Semmelbr\\u00f6sel\\\/Panomehl legen und wenden. Leicht andr\\u00fccken, \\u00fcbersch\\u00fcssiges leicht abklopfen und dann ab in das hei\\u00dfe \\u00d6l. Hei\\u00dfes \\u00d6l mit einem L\\u00f6ffel auch auf die Oberseite geben. Nach kurzer Zeit das Schnitzel wenden. Wenn beide Seiten nun goldbraun sind, das Schnitzel rausnehmen und auf K\\u00fcchenkrepp abtropfen lassen. Alle Schnitzel rausbraten.
